Don manages the finances for
three businesses and answers the phones on occasion. He
is currently focusing on “spreading the word”
to the local and national automobile, marine, and aircraft
dealers and owners regarding our expertise at MadFish
Customs.
Don is unsure how he landed in the auto customization
business after working in Information Technology for over
fifteen years, but the transition has been enjoyable to
say the least (and significantly more exhilarating as
he will tell you).
He thrives on the dedication of the MadFish Team and our
continual business expansion into different market areas
and expertise. However, if he starts to dose off prior
to lunch, just hand him a Sugar Free Red Bull and we are
back in business.
Truthfully, he would rather be back in the garage tweaking
the cars viewing the “real deal” instead of
working on his laptop; unless it is a day he can take
off to hit the golf course.
Yes, he still has the dream of owning a 1968 Lincoln Continental
with suicide doors and a chopped top with Air-Ride suspension.
It hasn’t happened in 2005, but maybe 2006? Don
is even thinking of switching to a 1968 Cadillac instead
due to the popularity of the HBO Show Entourage. Stay

| Brock
Nieves a.k.a. “Grinch” – Sales Manager |
Brock takes care of MadFish
Customs’ promotional material, events, customer
service, and any sports athletes or celebrities who stop
by our location. He is endlessly answering the phone,
sending out e-mails and verifying there are no loose ends
in the shop. He enjoys driving around the Metroplex and
picking up and dropping off customer’s vehicles
from all over the DFW area since he lives farther from
the office than any of us (an hour commute each way to
Keller).
Brock has countless years of experience in the automotive
aftermarket accessories business and knows every catalog
by heart. We heard he studies at home before he goes to
bed, but that could just be a rumor.
Brock obtains answers quickly and doesn’t mess around.
He is a valuable member of the team. He also pitched the
idea to MTV for “Pimp My Mitsubishi” since
he had a Diamante, but now with his new Jaguar, he doesn’t
think the show will fly. |

| Brad Grandclair – Installation Manger |
Brad is responsible for the technical and organization in getting the vehicle's work taken care of efficiently. Not only is he our lead fabricator, he is also our Lead Designer Brad has numerous skills which are unparalleled in the industry. He is our key man behind the scenes.
Brad was also featured in Mobile Electronics Magazine for Top 12 Installers of the Year.
If we can get Brad to move all his trophies out of the front office, we will have more space for our wheel display rack. Brad is the master of knowing everything about everything. He can build anything, weld a vehicle together (limousine style), from start to finish and he is considered one of the best audio/video installers in the business. |

At MadFish Customs, we have
a team of contractors who assist us on specific techniques
and specialties which we don’t utilize on a daily
basis. Our list is now above twenty-two resources we use
for unique tasks but they have all been pre-qualified
and tested for skills and abilities to meet or exceed
our quality specifications.
